Our mission at 4-The-Home is to provide our customers with a great shopping experience, outstanding service, great values, and the most interesting selection of home furnishings found in Colorado.
4-The-Home New Consigned Furnishings was named after our four (4) primary types of inventory which includes: Gently Used, Model Home, Dealer Closeouts, and select New Merchandise. At 4-The-Home our consigned merchandise is in like-new condition and therefore becoming the “New” New.
4-The-Home first opened in 1999 under the name of Terri’s Consign & Design Furnishings, which was a franchise location of an Arizona company. In June, 2006 we dropped the Terri's license and became 4-The-Home which is a locally owned and operated Colorado company.

April 15, 2008. 4theHome consolidated operations into its original Centennial Location and enhances its online presence.
October 4, 2007. 4theHome won 3rd place in TheDenverChannel.com's A-list competition where shoppers voted on their favorite store.
March 7, 2007. 4theHome launched Design University with the purpose of offering design workshops to customers and friends. Attendees learn tips which enable them to redesign their home decor on a budget.
January 1, 2007. 4theHome New Consigned Furnishings has returned to the original business model and now stocks over 80% of it’s inventory from consignors such as private parties, model homes, and dealer liquidations.
October 4, 2006. Mr. John Curran, formerly a 50% owner, has assumed a 100% ownership position and is now leading the entire business operation of 4theHome New Consigned Furnishings.
June 1, 2006. The Colorado franchise locations of Terri’s Consign & Design Furnishings have become independent dealers and changed their name to 4theHome New Consigned Furnishings. We offer the same great service, selection, and values.
